If a Gonzaga player tests positive for Covid

Louisville is ready to sub in and take the 1 seed out West - I'm not sure of the best solution but this seems incredibly unfair - how about man up and simply have the positive kid rest while the remaining players play - there is not one fucken college athlete that has had a serious problem with Covid
